Applications:
This GAW testing machine is mainly used to test the tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation,Rp0.2 for steel strand, if the fixture is equipped, this machine can also apply for a variety of tensile,compression, bending and shear test for metal materials, as well as the tensile or compression,bending,shear test for plastic, concrete, cement and other non-metallic materials, which can fully meet the requirements specified in GB / T 5224-2003 Steel Strand for Prestressed Concrete, GB/T228.1-2010 Metallic Materials-Tensile Testing-Part 1: Method of Test at Room Temperature"and GB /T232-1999 Metallic Materials-Bend Test (The relevant fixture should be equipped).


Feature:
1. The oil cylinder of this testing machine is placed under the part, four columns and two screw rods,and double space frame structure will be applied, with characteristics of good stiffness and stability.Hydraulic automatic clamping method would be used, which is reliable and convenient for clamping;
2. High-toughness protective net would be equipped, so as to form an fan isolation between the test space and operator, which can effectively ensure the operator's safety;
3. High-precision amplifier and 24-bit high-precision A/ D converter would be adopted, the ef-fective internal code will be ± 200000, the measuring resolution of test force will arrive at 1/200000. If the high-precision load sensor will be used, continuous measurement within the maximum test force from 0.4% to 100% will be ensured, and the measuring accuracy is better than 1grade;
4. High-performance proportional servo valve or digital valve control unit would be used as a control unit, the machine is with high anti-pollution ability, so as to ensure a long-term trouble-free operation;(The GEW series is not support )
5. PID control strategy would be applied to achieve load, displacement and deformation control,that is the three closed-loop control, and smooth switching among these three controls meth-ods will be ensured, so as to realize loading in constant speed, loading maintenance, unload-ing in constant speed, displacement in constant speed, displacement maintenance and other control features;(The GEW series is not support )
6. A test standard can be easily added or deleted, the control steps can be freely edited in ac-cordance with the test requirements;
7. The test curve would be displayed in real-time, and the curve coordinates are free to choose, in addition, three different curves in the same interface can be displayed simultaneously,and the test curve can be partially enlarged;
8. This testing machine can communicate with PC through Ethernet communication interface, and standard database will be used to manage test data and can provide networked data interface;
9. Also this machine can automatically collect the maximum force, tensile strength, yield strength, non- proportional extension strength, elastic modulus, elongation in specified area and other parameters,and can also print a complete test report to you;
