1.Equipment Overview
A three-dimensional motion mixer is a new type of material mixing equipment widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, metallurgy, light industry, and scientific research institutions. Suitable for mixing powder or granular materials with good fluidity. The multi-directional mixer is supported by the universal joints of the active and passive shafts to move the mixing bucket in three dimensions in the X, Y, and Z directions, and perform revolution motion. The material in the mixing barrel occasionally undergoes diffusion, flow, and shear movements, enhancing the mixing effect of the material. Due to the three-dimensional movement of the mixing barrel, it overcomes the influence of centrifugal force generated by other types of mixers during mixing, reduces material density segregation, and ensures the mixing efficiency of the material.
