Purpose and performance:

The maximum working temperatures of the 101 and 202 electric drying ovens produced by our factory are 250 ºC and 300 ºC, respectively. There are four sizes of the studio, which can be used to place various samples. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment, and other heating, and can be used in industry or laboratories. (However, it is not suitable for placing volatile and flammable and explosive items in a drying oven to prevent explosions.)
The working temperature of the drying oven can be increased from 10 ºC to the highest temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected, and after selection, the temperature can be kept constant through the automatic control series inside the oven.
The proportion of hot and cold air in the working room of the 202 electric drying oven promotes convection, making the indoor temperature uniform. The 101 type blast drying oven is equipped with an electric blower, which promotes indoor hot air convection and makes the indoor temperature more uniform.
The 101-A and 201-A series drying ovens adopt digital temperature control, which is more precise than the old-fashioned thermal expansion controller. And the reading is intuitive, easy to operate, and has high sensitivity, making it an ideal drying equipment for factories and research institutions.
The 101 and 202 series drying ovens adopt electronic temperature controllers, which are economical and practical.
The inner lining of the 101S and 202S series is made of stainless steel, and its specifications and performance are the same as other drying oven products in our factory.


Structural Description
This drying oven is composed of thin steel plates, and there is a sample and a working chamber inside the oven. There is a sample shelf in the working chamber, and the sample can be placed on it for drying. There is a thick insulation layer between the working chamber and the outer shell of the box, with silicon cotton or perlite as the insulation material. There is a glass door or observation port between the box doors for observing the condition of the working room.
The 101 type blower drying box is equipped with a blower, which facilitates mechanical convection of air in the workshop. Opening the exhaust valve can replace the air in the workshop, achieving a drying effect. The temperature is automatically controlled by instruments, and the temperature controller, relay, and all electrical control equipment are installed in the box side control layer. The control layer has side doors that can be removed for inspection or repair of circuits.
There is an air duct between the left wall of the studio inside the box and the insulation layer. The air is equipped with a blower blade and a guide plate. Turning on the motor switch can activate the blower.
The electric heater is installed under the working chamber inside the box, divided into two groups: "power" and "high temperature", and has a meter indicator light indicating heating operation. The green light on indicates that the electric heater is working, and the inside of the box is heated. The green light off and the red light on indicates that the heating is stopped, that is, in a constant temperature state.


Preparation before use:
1. The box is placed indoors in a dry and horizontal location, without the need for other fixing devices.
2. One iron shell knife switch should be installed in the power supply line for the exclusive use of this box, and a wire twice the thickness of the power line should be used as the grounding wire and effectively grounded.
3. Before powering on, check if the voltage of this box matches, and convert the current size according to the total power rate. Connect the corresponding specifications of the power cord.
4. Once everything is ready, you can put in the sample, close the box door, and then connect the power to start working.
5. Do not remove the side door at will, disrupt or change the wiring, only when the box malfunctions can the side door be removed. Check one by one according to the route. If there is a major malfunction, you can contact our factory and maintenance points.
Usage after power on:
6. After connecting to the power supply, the power heating switch can be turned on. When the required temperature is above 150 ºC, it can be turned on to the high temperature range. Otherwise, there is no need to turn on the high temperature. Just turn the power switch and then turn the temperature controller knob clockwise from position "O" to the desired temperature point. At this point, the temperature inside the box will start to rise, and the green light on the instrument panel will light up as an indicator. At the same time, the blower switch can be turned on to start the blower.
7. When the temperature reaches the required working temperature, the green light will turn off and the red light will turn on. This indicator light will alternately turn on and off to indicate a constant temperature point. At the constant temperature point, the temperature is likely to continue to rise due to the influence of waste heat, which will stabilize in about half an hour. When the indoor temperature stabilizes, the 101A and 202A models will display red numbers. When the reading exceeds or falls below the required temperature, the knob can be slightly adjusted to achieve the correct level.
8. After the temperature is kept constant, it can be kept constant for a certain period of time according to the needs of the experiment. During this process, the temperature controller inside the box can be borrowed to automatically control the temperature without the need for manual management.
9. To observe the sample situation in the studio, you can open the box door and borrow a glass door or observation door inside the box to observe. But it is advisable not to open the box door frequently to avoid affecting the constant temperature, and when the temperature rises to 300 ºC, opening the box door may cause the glass door to suddenly cool and crack.

11. Random attachments: one instruction manual and one contract certificate.
12. When using a new box, there should be humidity that may cause heat evaporation and paint burning, which is caused by the evaporation of the surface of the constant temperature paint. It will disappear after one hour of use.
