Product Description

This machine is suitable for fabrics, paper, coatings, plywood, leather, floor tiles, glass, natural plastics, etc. The test method involves a rotating sample supported by a pair of wear wheels and subjected to a specified load. When the sample rotates, the wear wheels are driven to wear the sample. The weight loss due to wear is the difference in weight between the sample before and after the test.

Unique wear process
Place the material to be tested on the turntable, and press two grinding wheels with a certain weight on the material to wear it.
When the sample is subjected to wear, the surface material of the sample is subjected to full angle particle wear, forming a complete circular ring.
The grinding wheel rotates with the rotating surface of the sample disc, generating relative motion and wear. During the rotation process, the offset of the grinding wheel shaft relative to the rotating axis of the turntable produces sliding motion, thereby wearing the material.
Simulate real usage conditions or meet standard testing conditions
-Multiple different wear media and accessories can be selected for different tests
-Repeated testing can be conducted on the same point of a material, with materials up to approximately 0.5 inches thick being damaged or worn off
-Two speeds (60 and 72 revolutions per minute) and three loads can be set.
Vacuum cleaner removes debris
The suction arm of the vacuum pump is connected to an adjustable device on the back of the instrument through a hinge, allowing for precise height adjustment to accommodate different sample thicknesses
