Chemical Oxygen Demand Analyzer
The COD220/COD220-4 portable touch screen operated COD analyzer is an integrated intelligent instrument designed for field and on-site emergency monitoring of various water sample parameters by detection and supervision personnel. It is widely used for rapid water quality detection in surface water, groundwater, urban sewage, and industrial wastewater. It can accurately detect the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and ammonia nitrogen values in water, with direct reading of concentration, especially suitable for handheld rapid detection.

Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD): According to the national standards HJ/T399-2007 and JJG975-2002, as well as the regulations of USEPA 410.4 and Standard Methods 5200D in the United States, the COD220 COD analyzer uses rapid digestion spectrophotometry, which fully meets the requirements of the environmental protection industry. Compared with traditional titration methods, it greatly reduces the workload of users and shortens the measurement time, making it suitable for rapid detection of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in water on site or in the laboratory.

Users can perform measurements according to the operating steps provided by the factory, skipping the process of preparing reagents and establishing working curves. With power outage protection function, users can create, store, and call their own working curves.
Single item determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and four item measurements of chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN), ammonia nitrogen (NH. - N), and total phosphorus (TP) are optional.
Adopting independently developed touch operation technology with multiple utility model patents, it can be selected and input using a stylus or mouse. Users can store and call test data as well as built-in curves and user curves, and can store and export test data through SD cards.
Accurate measurement can be performed without preheating upon startup, and a sample can be measured in just 1 second
There are two power supply modes available: power adapter and lithium battery.
Equipped with automatic zero to 100% adjustment, automatic reading, parameter setting and fitting functions.
