Model DC low temperature chamber is newly researched and developed cooling machine for impact sample
according to low temperature device in GB/T229-1994 "Charpy Notched-bar Impact Testing Method". This
device uses overlapping compressor refrigeration technique and thermal equilibrium principle and cycle stir, to
make the specimen automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature, which can conform to every
temperature-control indicator in the national standard GB/T229-1994 fully. This device, easy to operate and
highly-effective, is the ideal device for specimen cooling and heat preservation in the metal low temperature
impact test. It can be also used in other low temperature detection and tests.
Construction
This device is consisted of overlapping cooling compressor main frame, control cabinet, cooling furnace, cooling
medium cycle system, automatic alarm device, etc.
Principle
Press the key "refrigeration", then the high temperature compressor will start automatically (The timer will not
be adjusted for 8 minutes), and the refrigeration system enters formal working condition. Refrigeration
compressor works continuously, and when its temperature reaches the set one, the electrically controlled system
will control refrigeration quantity and heating quantity automatically, and reduce the cooling speed, to keep a
constant temperature. To stir can make the cooling medium in the cooling furnace constant cycle, to keep the
temperature in the furnace uniformity.
Installment guide
1 The device must not be shaken crazily in the process of portage and installment, and the lean angel can be not
more than 45 degrees.
2 If the device will not be used for long-term, the air outlet should be apart from the wall at least 1 meter, the
air inlet at least 0.5 meter, and it must ventilate well and avoid the direct sunlight.
3 Give a complete examine to the device, to make sure that every part is in a good condition.
4 Open the cooling cap, take out sample tank, and put in cooling medium.
5 Join 220V, the 50HZ power source, and guarantee the electrical network voltage is in 220 ~240V. It is
suggested to match a 5 KW electrical machinery type voltage-stabilized source.
