Standard is produced and manufactured by Serein Company, equipped with powerful VMS3.1 measuring software. Suitable for measuring precision small parts, soft parts, thin-walled parts, etc., widely used in electronic products, watch mechanical parts, rubber and plastic, stamping parts, etc
The basic principle of Standard measurement is to magnify the parts optically and transfer the image information to a computer through a CCD camera. Then, professional VMS3.1 measurement software is used for data analysis and processing to generate the required reports.

The interface layout of the software can be customized according to the size of the display and the user's operating habits. The position and function of each button in the "Measurement Command Button" window can be customized. VMS3.1 software has the characteristics of easy programming, powerful dimensioning and geometric tolerance evaluation functions, and diverse report output capabilities.

VMS3.1  Main Features:
Drawing Window - Measurement graphics can be displayed in the drawing window and dimensions can be created in this window.

Data Output Report - Through an intuitive and multifunctional measurement results window, you can quickly browse measurement results. The report can be exported in multiple formats such as PDF, Word, Excel, txt, SPC statistical reports, and can be exported in real-time to a specified Excel report template. You can export DXF and IGES format image files. As shown in the following figure:

  • Measurement commands - Measurement commands including: points, point groups, lines, circles, arcs, curves, rectangles, ellipses, and circular keyways. By using multi object acquisition tools (multi segment lines, multi segment circles), it is possible to measure features larger than the camera's field of view. All measurement environment parameters such as lighting, coordinate position, magnification, edge finding direction, etc. can be recorded in the program.
  • Construction fitting - Construction includes points, lines, and distances. Fits including: fitting lines, fitting circles, and fitting arcs.
  • Powerful image processing - When measuring surface elements for workpieces with different color differences, if the element features are not obvious, the contrast and sharpness of the CCD can be adjusted to make the surface elements stand out. You can enter image processing settings and adjust parameters such as boundary sensitivity.
  • Edge tracking - The scanned results are represented by point clouds, which can be used to construct relevant element features for calculation.
  • Image stitching - The image stitching function can scan all the workpieces and splice them into a complete panorama.
