The ozone aging test chamber is suitable for non-metallic materials and rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheaths, etc., which are exposed to air with a constant concentration of ozone in a sealed and non light environment and a constant temperature test chamber to detect the degree of cracking or other performance changes on the surface of the sample, in order to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of rubber.

Heating, humidification, and dehumidification system:

Refrigeration system:

Static tensile test:
The standard for static tensile testing stipulates that the two ends of the specimen are clamped on a dedicated fixture, and one type of elongation is selected for stretching, generally 20%. The fixture is installed on a rotating sample holder, with a sample holder speed between (20-25) mm/S. The test is conducted at a temperature of (40 ± 2) ºC, a relative humidity of no more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration. After a specified time, the cracking condition of the specimen is checked. The general selection of ozone concentration is (50 ± 5) × 10-8.

Dynamic tensile test:
The standard for dynamic tensile testing stipulates that the specimen fixture can automatically stretch and reset the specimen, with a stretching frequency of 0.5 ± 0.025Hz. The specimen is clamped at both ends on a dedicated fixture, and the specimen is cyclically stretched from 0 to the maximum elongation. The fixture is installed on a rotating specimen holder, with a rotation speed of (20-25) mm/S. At a temperature of (40 ± 2) ºC, a relative humidity of not more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration, the fixture is cyclically stretched and reset and rotated with the specimen holder for testing. After a specified time, the cracking condition of the specimen is checked. The general selection of ozone concentration is (50 ± 5) × 10-8. Dynamic tensile testing is divided into continuous dynamic tensile testing and intermittent dynamic tensile testing.
