Main structure and working principle
1. Structure: It mainly consists of a base 17, a column 16, a gearbox 19, a sliding plate 15, mixing blades 14, a mixing pot 13, and a dual speed motor.
2. Working principle: The shaft of the dual speed motor is connected to the worm shaft 6 in the gearbox through the connecting flange 2. The worm gear shaft 5 drives the planetary positioning sleeve to rotate synchronously and is fixed on the planetary positioning sleeve. The eccentric position of the blade shaft 10 drives the blades 14 to revolve, and the planetary gear 9 fixed on the upper end of the blade shaft completes self rotation around the fixed inner gear ring 8. The prescribed work program of one slow rotation, one stop, and one fast rotation is automatically completed by a dual speed motor controlled by a program controller.
