Roduct structure
Our company's all steel structure fume hood is formed by cutting, positioning, punching, bending and welding high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 1.0mm in a CNC machining center.

Working principle
A system consisting of water, electricity, gas, and ventilation, equipped with a multifunctional power socket for easy testing of other electrical equipment during the experiment. Adopting a quick opening valve makes it convenient to use water during the experimental process. The front panel is a movable glass door, and the top is a low-speed exhaust fan, which can smoothly discharge harmful and odorous gases during the experiment. The bottom of the working face is equipped with a stainless steel sink, which can discharge disinfectant and experimental residues from a row of sinks through water washing, maintaining a safe and reliable experimental environment.

Characteristics of fume hood
1. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm, which is formed by CNC machining center, cutting, positioning drilling, bending and welding. After acid pickling and phosphating treatment, it is sprayed with epoxy resin powder for high-temperature baking and curing.
2. Cold rolled sheet has high adhesion and beautiful appearance.
3. The inner shell is made of 5mm gray anti doubling plate, a laboratory specific corrosion-resistant material that is resistant to acid and alkali organic solvents.
4. The inner shell is equipped with detachable repair holes, making it easy to repair circuits, waterways, and air circuits
5. The operating table is made of 12.7mm solid core physicochemical board, which is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant to chemical solvents, non-toxic, and has a long service life.
6. After welding all steel plates with epoxy resin powder spray coating, they should be visually flat without any welding points.
7. All water, electricity, and gas circuits must be safe, suitable, and installed in a concealed manner.
8. Install maintenance holes on the back panel of the cabinet for easy maintenance and security checks.
