scope of application

The sulfur dioxide test equipment is designed and manufactured according to GB/T2423.33-2005<High concentration sulfur dioxide corrosion test>; QB/T 3830-1999<Corrosion resistance test method for metal coatings and chemically treated coatings of light industrial products - Sulfur dioxide test method> and the German Industrial Standard DIN 50018:1997-06<Experiments on condensation water in atmospheric environments containing sulfur dioxide in alternating climates> and refer to GB/T 9789-2008<Sulfur dioxide corrosion test for metal and other inorganic coatings under typical condensation conditions>and other relevant standards for design and manufacture, applicable to high concentration of sulfur dioxide gas corrosion test.

operating instruction

This test must not be used for testing of or containing these substances:
A. Explosives:
1. Nitroglycerin (ethylene glycol dinitrate), nitroglycerin (glycerol trinitrate), nitrocellulose and other explosive nitrate esters.
2. Trinitrobenzene, trinitrotoluene, trinitrophenol (picric acid) and other explosive nitro compounds.
3. Peracetic acid, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and other organic peroxides. 
B. Combustibles:
1. Spontaneous combustion:
Metals: "Lithium", "Potassium", "Sodium", yellow phosphorus, phosphorus sulphide, red phosphorus.
Celluloid: Calcium carbide (calcium carbide), phosphatic lime, magnesium powder, aluminum powder, sodium bisulfite.
2. Oxide property classes:
Potassium chlorate, sodium chlorate, ammonium chlorate, and other chlorates.
Potassium peroxyacid, sodium peroxyacid, ammonium peroxyacid, and other peroxyacid salts.
Potassium peroxide, sodium peroxide, barium peroxide, and other inorganic peroxides.

Kerosene, gasoline, turpentine, isoamyl alcohol, acid vinegar and other substances with a flash point above 30°C and below 65°C.
4. Flammable gases:  
Hydrogen, acetylene, ethylene, methane, ethane, propane, butane and other gases which may burn at a temperature of 15°C at 1 atmosphere.

Structure and characteristics
 The inner and outer shells are formed by high quality PP plastic plates through special molds, and the seam between the plates is formed at 90 degrees right Angle after planing and milling, and then the high temperature welding torch melts the plastic welding wire. After cooling, the weld is more firm, and the seam of the whole box is smooth and smooth, the box structure is compact, and the appearance is bright.
 Box cover material: the box cover is made of high-quality PP impact resistant plate, with double-sided transparent observation window, which is easy to observe the test status of the test samples during the test. The box cover and the box body are sealed with water to prevent gas overflow. The box lid adopts 110 ~120 corners to ensure that the condensate does not drop on the specimen, and the box is equipped with pressure balance hole and condensate discharge hole.
The temperature in the test box is heated by the bottom water, and the box temperature is more uniform and stable. The heating element adopts titanium heating pipe for salt and corrosion resistance and long service life.
The sample frame structure design is reasonable, "V" groove + bar, convenient Angle adjustment, large weight, easy to place the test product.
Attached with double overtemperature protection, insufficient water level warning, to ensure the safety of use.

Installation should know and matters needing attention

1,Power supply: AC220V / 50Hz power is about 3kw
2,At least 80cm away from the left and right walls of the machine, it is easy to operate and repair, and no other equipment and items should be placed in the room to avoid corrosion;
3,Avoid direct sunlight;
4,Do not knock and force collision, resulting in rupture, the use of temperature do not exceed the test standard range, so as not to deformation due to overheating;
5, The drainage pipe and exhaust pipe can be connected with hard pipe or plastic hose, pay attention to the water pipe mouth should be down, and diluted with tap water; the exhaust pipe extends to the outdoor discharge;
6,Keep the box clean and clean with water;
