Introduction
With the continuous increase of high-rise buildings and large bridge and tunnel projects in the infrastructure market,the grade of steel is also continuously improved.The situation that the maximum strength is in the range of 80%~100% of the machine's full range in the steel bar inspection is also more and more frequent.In order to adapt to the high strength and heavy load working conditions of the testing machine,we modified the design of the original b-series testing machine,strengthened the stiffness of the main engine,and increased the stiffness by 30%.The structure,material and technol-ogy of the clamp mouth and the clamping part are improved by adopting four-column double lead screw.The size is enlarged and thickened,which can better meet the use requirements of high inten-sity and high frequency of quality inspection and testing units at the present stage.
